How to delete your account
- 1.Open the Walang LAWkohan App and sign in.
- 2.Go to Settings.
- 3.Tap Delete Account.
- 4.Select a reason (or enter your own) and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately — you will not be able to sign back in with it.
What happens to your data
- Your account is deactivated (marked inactive/deleted in our system) and your session is ended; push notifications for this account are turned off.
- Locally on your device, your saved sign-in and app data are cleared.
- For fraud-prevention purposes — to detect someone deleting and re-registering under a new mobile number or email — we retain a record of your account information (such as name, contact details, address, and government ID/verification details submitted for KYC) in a secure internal log, not shown anywhere in the app.
- You can ask us to erase this retained record. Use the form on this page, or email support@btnsys.com. We will erase it unless we are still required to keep particular details in order to prevent fraud or to comply with the law, and we will tell you what was kept and why.
Messenger assistant on the Facebook Page
If you messaged the Atty. Tony Roman Facebook Page, the assistant keeps your conversation and your intake answers for 30 days and then deletes them automatically. To have them deleted sooner, use the form on this page and choose Messenger, or send a message to the Page asking for deletion. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy explains what is kept and where.
