Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy governs the use of the software application named Serbisyong May Puso App (“Application”) for mobile devices incorporated with the system procured and now being managed by Atty. Tony Roman and G8 Research and Development Corporation. The Application is used to provide the constituents with a variety of online services. This app is integrated with the smart ID, which may be used by citizens to access services offered by the local government and conduct transactions with it.

1. Information Collected

a. User-Provided Information

The Application allows users to log in to their pre-existing accounts with the Serbisyong May Puso App. To facilitate logging in, the application will collect the following information from the user:

• a. Mobile number
• b. PIN

Other personally identifiable user data may be gathered, such as user-identified product names and codes, service preferences, locations, and addresses depending on the kind of service the user uses, information may be gathered.

b. Automatically Collected and Real-time Information

Additionally, the application may automatically gather some data, including but not limited to the model of mobile device in use, its unique ID, its MAC address, its mobile OS version, and/or its location.

2. Use of Information

Collects this information for the following purposes:

• 1. To provide customized services to the user
• 2. To help monitor and improve the services to users

The information collected is solely owned by Atty. Tony Roman III.

4. Security

Your information’s confidentiality is something we take seriously. To protect the information we process and maintain, we offer physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. We only allow authorized personnel and contractors who need the information to use, develop, or upgrade our application to have access to this information.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be modified periodically for any reason, and we’ll let you know by posting the revised privacy statement at https://btnsys.com/ and sending you an email or text message. You are urged to review this privacy statement frequently for any updates, as continuous usage will signify your agreement to all revisions. The history of this policy is available here.

6. Your Consent

You agree that we may process your information as described in this Privacy Statement and any updates made by Serbisyong May Puso App by using the Application. “Processing” refers to the use of cookies on a computer or mobile device or to any use or handling of data, including but not limited to the gathering, storing, erasing, using, combining, and disclosure of data.

Processing takes place in the Philippines, except where a service provider processes or stores data outside the country on our behalf. Section 8 describes the services used by the Messenger assistant and where they operate. Wherever processing happens, we remain responsible for your information, we share only what a service needs in order to do its work, and we require protection consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). Your information will be transferred, processed, and kept in accordance with Philippine privacy standards even if you live outside the Philippines.

8. Messenger Assistant on the Atty. Tony Roman Facebook Page

The Atty. Tony Roman Facebook Page uses an automated assistant to answer messages in Messenger. This section covers that assistant. It is operated by Atty. Tony Roman, with G8 Research and Development Corporation as its technology provider.

What it collects: your Page-scoped ID (an identifier that works only for this Page), your first name, the messages you type, and the intake answers you give, which are island group, region and city, gender, mobile number, email address and age range. The first name is used to address you by name. The intake answers are used to understand the problem you are describing and to reach you if the office needs to clarify something.

Where it is kept: on the assistant's own server, hosted with Amazon Web Services in Singapore. Keys and access tokens are stored encrypted.

Who else processes it: Google's Gemini service receives the text you type, so that the assistant can match your words to the attorney's existing written answers and write short acknowledgements. Your name and your Page-scoped ID are never sent to Google. Your information is not sold and is not used for advertising.

How long it is kept: each message is deleted automatically 30 days after it is sent, and your intake answers and your place in the conversation are deleted automatically 30 days after your last activity.

Deleting it sooner: use the form on our Account and Data Deletion page, or send a message to the Page asking for deletion.

Your rights under R.A. 10173 apply to this information, including the rights to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erase or block, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.
